Meet our team..
John Bes
Role: Managing Director
John started BES Drafting services utilising his toolmaking and drafting experience and working long into the night after a 9-5pm job at his Sutherland unit.
After many years of building the business to have many clients, he wants to continue to provide a complete drafting service that can cater for many different trades and the interaction doesn't just stop once the drawings go out the door.
Hobbies and likes: Big NRL fan, especially the Cronulla sharks. Anything fast and adrenaline pumping.
Fun Fact: After several years of trying every summer season, I'm still trying to learn to surf!
Ingrid Cardillo
Role: Senior Design Draftsperson
Ingrid started working for BES Drafting services in 2015. She brings to the team a wealth of experience and knowledge. She has dedicated her life to designing and drafting and with her vast experience in many fields like Mining, Steel making, dangerous goods, Structural, Mechanical, and now building access, she is an absolute asset to the company. Her attention to accuracy and detail, speed with producing drawings, and drive to produce well presented layouts, means the quality of detailed design drawings is top-tier.
Hobbies and likes: Photography, Knitting, and Puzzles.
Fun Fact: Tea loving Dutchy with a passion for fast cars!
Graeme Norton
Role: Design Draftsperson
Graeme started BES Drafting services as a Junior in 2018 and has quickly become a great asset to the company. His previously completed drafting training and his drive to learn all things drafting within the office has now enabled Graeme to have a very strong understanding of various fields. Along with his computer skills he has been able to fast track the understanding and operation of various CAD programs used on a regular basis like Autocad, Inventor and Revit.
Hobbies and likes: D&D (Dungeons and Dragons), Computer Gaming, Guitar
Fun Fact: Sarcasm is my second language, and all things nerdy is my life.
Jack Boden
Role: Junior Draftsperson
